Finde ich ja gut, dass da so schnell gehandelt wird und das obwohl der Verbleib der Maschine und ob sie tatsächlich abgestürzt ist noch nichteinmal geklärt ist.
Um so mehr verwundert es mich, dass mein Schaden immernoch nicht vollständig bezahlt wurde und ich nun Klage einreichen muss und das obwohl die Sachlage sonneklar ist.

Nein, aber im Ernst... Die hat bei der Polizei doch tatsächlich verlauten lassen ichhätte zu stark gebremst.
Wurde aber seitens der Polizei mit einem freundlichen Lächeln und den Worten: "Wenn es darum geht ein Kinderleben zu schützen gibt es kein zu scharfes bremsen. Sie haben nicht aufgepasst."
Die zügige Regulierung eines Schadens bei einem spektakulären Fall ist eben sehr viel medienwirksamer als dein doch eher langweiliger Alltagsunfall.
